Nothing here ???

How do you go about installing and configuring php 4. I understand this open source software is complicated to install

Actually, PHP4 really isn't any more difficult to install than any other application or web server extension (at least on Linux). The only serious complications are installing image support. If you want JPEG and PNG support, you will have to install Zlib, the JPEG library, the PNG library, perhaps Freetype, and the GD library before installing PHP. This becomes a lot of configuration, but without image support it's pretty simple. You can read about it at <A HREF="www.php.net/manual">php.net</A>.

Will there be potential problems with the windows XP system?

And one more QUES,
I have used PHP with omnihttpd for two years now but have never been able to set up PHP on the Personnal Web Server provided by
Microsoft in my system.
I've read the install notes but I am unable to get it right.
Can someone direct me to a source with explicit instructions?
